I have been reading up on this cam and i really dont have a ton of money it say i can keep stock internals would this be a good cam to choose does it still sound good? I was also going to get my stock heads ported and polished would this help the cam any?

I did a lot of research into this for my 97 Firebird and think it is a good choice. Abbot makes a 210/220 @ 0.50 that is also good. I went with ZZP because my engine expert said to keep it 210 or under with the stock components.
I dont have it in yet, have to rebuild the motor because the lifter grenaded itself and took out the cam bearing.

those cams are really expensive.. i would look for something with similar specs, a lower LSA, and cheaper

$300 is normal for a new cam for these cars.

Tuning a 95 is going to be your real problem.

I did some research and ZZP was in line or better that the big discount outlets like Summit and Jegs. If you can get a cam for a 3.8 for less than $300 id love to know where.

95 v6's are obd1.5. There isn't any software package that will tune
them. There is a guy on ftv6 that is working on it, but he's still in the
              developing stages.

You can get the wot air/fuel ratio dialed in with an adjustable fpr, but
              thats about it.

              *edit*
There might be some sort of piggyback controller to help with spark.
