Where does this go ? I have the "abs inop" light on.
Hey Tom, I am 99% sure that the plug you are referring to is for the air pump, which the A4 cars did not have. My 93 3.4L has the same plug, in the same spot and that is what it was for. Only the M5 cars had the air pump.
As for the ABS, mine has been INOP since the day I bought the car. I tried a few things to fix it but no luck. I ended up disconnecting it and pulling the bulb out of the cluster. Brakes work great, just no ABS.
By the way, the car looks excellent..!!! I wish I had your buffing skills. I am great with a wrench but no so great at buffing and/or paint and body work.

Outstanding job Tom on the engine and cleaning her up. You do a great job on your projects. That looks like the same car cover I use while my car sits outside.
