Firebird A4 knob?

I have a 2000 Firebird with an A4 and I hate the stock T-Handle knob. It is too bulky and tall. I am wanting to replace it with something smaller and oem looking, like a C4 or C5 knob and also shorten the stalk. I have seen this done with a Camaro knob http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/appear...-opinions.html , this is what I am going after exactly, but has anyone done this with a Corvette knob? I cant seem to find one anywhere?

What's wrong with a Camaro shift knob? it looks identical to that other than the fact that it has stitching on it, which i personally think looks better.

I like my gripper, looks alot better since we have a big console.

and here is the Corvette knob http://www.imagehostplus.com/v2/usr/...hift_Knob1.jpg it is shorter and height and the button is shorter also. Just the one I prefer but if i cant find it then its really not an option.

I still like the Gripper over all the A4 knobs I have seen unless I can get a Envoy black & chrome one to work.
