yeah im still not sure if im going to blackout the corners and rear side markers. anybody got a picture of a blacked out camaro like that? i have clears right now..
Different front end, and old pics, but I'll keep with the spirit of black out.
What!!?? That spoiler + ground effects are what make camaros look more "complete".
Your car will look greater if you go back to stock headlamps or other kind of aftermarket lamps. What you have don't match with black. All of you guys are right about going to dark corners an rear markers.
Camaro99\'3.8, original spoil package (no body mods...PROUDLY), K&N, Lid 3800II, SLP CAI, Flowmaster, Z28Chrome Tips, 180* Thermostat.
i have clear corners with the blacked out background, and the same thing for the rear markers, i really like them other than on the corner lights sometimes the bulbs come out because the hole in the back is not exactly right, but thats what you get from ebay sometimes, im sure if you spend the money they will look and work well, i posted 2 pictures for you to see, i will check if i have a pic of the rear markers

i agree the spoiler and ground effects make it look complete. i just think the RS spoiler is ugly and id much rather have an SS spoiler.
also.. im going to get some black halos instead of the chrome ones i have now

I don't think so. Our cars are very curvy, we don't need to add an aditional curve (a small hill) to the rear body, like those old Eclipses with a curved spoiler. SS spoiler was add by Chevy just to shout "here is an SS." Instead, the flat RS design remarks the body style and makes the rear body look flat at the same time (the perfect combination). Also the RS design resembles the earlier racing camaros, but with a modern accent.

Was going to mention that, but didn't want to make you feel bad about your already after market lights. I haven't seen a car the chrome halos looked good on, though.

Right. Instead of adding a tasteful curve that perfectly compliments the other curves in the car, lets put a random growth on the back of this car, ruining the lines of the car, and bringing thoughts of rice to mind.
There are few spoilers that look good on Camaros. SS is one of them. What you're getting at makes sense, and has been accomplished, but not by the RS spoiler, but instead by the D!ck Harrell spoiler.
So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
