Rocker Panel Replacement?

Hey guys, a few winters ago I got in a pretty unfortunate in a parking lot and ended up sliding into a parking barrier (those stone/concrete things that go at the end of a parking spot to stop your tires) and it really banged up by rocker panel :(

ive found a replacement rockerpanel off of Eckler's Camaro parts for fairly cheap. Does anyone on this forum have any experience with replacing a rocker panel? I have no idea what to do and am curious how to get it replaced on my own.

If it is in the rear they are welded on and will need to be welded on when replaced. I fell on mine when I lost my balance in my garage and had it pulled out and repainted. It was crushed in pretty good 280lbs against it was about a 1/2" to 3/4" banged in. They just screw a hole in it and pop it out and then smooth it down with bondo and repaint it, mine turned out like new. Probably be the cheapesst than trying to cut and rewelded a new rear panel. Just my opinon though I'm sure more will post about it.

I just bondoed mine in lol.

But yeah they will need to cut it out and weld it back in.
