I see way to many camaros with bullit grills so im not going to get one of thos, i like to make my camaro stand out from others. The SLP grills are sick as hell but a bit pricy so I dont know about that....but I was on ebay and found this grill for like 110 bucks. I'm thinking about buying it and painting it a dark silver dark gray color.....what do you guys think?

also, one thing i really like about my billet grille is you can see through it---so i have silver camaro letter inserts in the indentations back behind it which looks really nice. something to think about.
How about grille delete? That is what I'm thinking of doing, anyone do it or know where a tutorial is? I've seen some with silver mesh on top of the 2 styrofoam thingamajigs...

i think blizzard has the grille delete going on as well as RPDred6 --- i'm sure they'll chime in if they catch this thread.
as for tutorials, you don't need one. just unbolt and yank out your stock plastic insert (hardest part of the whole deal, can be a pita) without tearing up your bumper and you have the grille delete look. the aftermarket grilles are very simple to install in there in minutes, so don't sweat it.
i think the mesh look you're talking about is another grille style i've seen with plastic that fits in with two small mesh outlets on either side of where the license plate would go. could look pretty nice

hey guys, i did have the grille delete going on, i recently put the chrome one back one before i put it in storage. they refer to the grille delete as the "Catfish" look. I kinda like it but when you remove the stock plastic grille that came with the car, it does leave some holes which kinda sucks, i guess if you really wanted to leave it you could bondo and paint over it. and like ballermaro said, its really really really easy to install a grille, i know for my billet grille i just had to drill 4 holes and literally screw the screws in through the grille and into the bumper and then you are set to go! ps, im still looking to trade for a black billet grille! ;)
heres a picture of the catfish look vs. the billet grille, again im a fan of both looks.
