Looks like a fold up/down plate, to maintain visibility of the plate while driving, but not have it blocking the bumper in pictures. Or it could just have been hit and hanging down. :P

Looks good. But see if you can get the lettering off the covers. It'd look a lot cleaner without them.

Looks good. Those line up better than mine ever did. You should be able to get the GTO off with some paint thinner or something.

Now get a can of Niteshades and take care of those front and side markers.
