hood birds??

OK I have a weird question. On the older firebirds the bird logo on the hood have fire coming out of there mouths. All the newer or 4th generation hood birds I have been seeing don't have the fire. Did they change that??? I know they changed the direction of the head but not sure about the fire.
Why I'm asking is because I'm about to have the paint laid on my car well on the hood I'm doing the new style bird and I can't find any pic's of the new style birds with the fire. Has anyone seen the new style birds with the fire coming out of there mouths?? If so does anyone have any pic's so I can see how it looks so I can print it off for my body/paint guy. Thanks all!

I had an older bird on my hood earlier and I knew where to get some of the newer birds, I'll look for ya

yea that's sweet. Same color as my car! mine isn't going to go the full length of the hood though. Just a small bird on the front nose of the hood going into stripes and inside the stripes there's going to be flames. Yea I just can't seem to find any newer or 4th generation bird logos that have fire coming out of the mouth...its like where did it go?? lol

wow sweet that's real close to what mine will look like....well.....kinda the bird on mine will be smaller and not so intricate. But thanks for finding that pic bigairboarder44
