on you camaro, which front rotors are those?
Thanks dude; yeah the continental is quite a nice ride. I get used to the camaro and then I'm utterly amazed as how smooth my Buick rides. Then I get used to the Buick and I'm utterly amazed at how smooth the Continental rides. It has giant lead weights in front of the wheels for the sole purpose of making the car ride smoother. Crazy.

I upgraded to LS1 brakes, and I got the rotors on eBay. I'm pretty sure they are NAPA blanks with holes drilled and chamfered and then the guy powder coated everything but the pad area so they don't rust. I painted the rears in the same way with engine paint to match. I didn't really expect them to last too long, but they seem to be doing good so far.

No problem. Do you still have your Camaro's? I haven't heard much of you since the engine problems. What's the deal?

          i still have my original 1995 3.8L .
the first engine blew a headgasket...replaced engine and tranny for $300. drove it for a summer and the oil pump went out.
i went ahead and put it in my back yard for a good 2 yrs and purchased a
1995 z28 6speed same color but hardtop. i went did a overhaul on the engine. with some performance mods. my daily driver/project car. MY NEW PRIDE AND JOY. nothing like a V8 ..lol

recently about 2 months ago i came across a deal on a firebird 95 3.8 with 85k miles
so i went ahead and did the swap again (3rd engine). she runs better than ever now with pace setter headers and a new exhaust.

she is in need of some paint now however but shes still in the family. its been 5 yrs now.

it has 125k miles on the body. ~ 90k miles on teh engine.

what is new with you man?? glad u remembered me. ur camaro is still a beauty !!

Good to hear you've still got her! I hear you on the V8, I'm still planning on an eventual swap in my Camaro. I got a new DD, a Buick Park Avey with the supercharged L67. It has similar qualities to a V8, with 225hp and 275 ft.lbs. peaking in the lower end. I'm loving the power and comfort of the Buick. I have put maybe 4-500 miles on the Camaro in the last year, and minimal mods.. I've thought about selling it, but always come to the conclusion that I shouldn't. Been frequenting the board still, though.
