Thanks. It's called Fire Mist Purple. I bought it from Kustomshop.com. A lot of guys hate it but most women love it.

I painted my salads blue.

I would have painted them black like this but everyone and there momma has them. Very nice.

Well, no offense, but there is a reason people pick black or gunmetal instead of blue.

Actually makes me miss mine. They area great looking wheels if done right, and yet so very boring if left stock. Looks great, and I agree the color is very nice.

Two suggestions:

Have your wheels rebalanced with the weights on the inside, and give the wheels a bit to cure and then polish them up a bit more.

What kind of paint did you use? Did you use the writeup in my cardomain?

I remember your write up, I used dupli-color engine enamel and clear. I probably should have cleaned them before taking pics. Yeah I was thinking about the how to weights would look better on the other side.

Thanks. I thought I was the only one who liked it when I first painted it. I've actually had a car pull up beside of me with middle aged women yelling how hot my car was lmao. I thought they were going to wreck me, they were swerving so much.

I always like the stock salad shooters on Camaro, esp. pre-98. They look really good and unique.

Today I saw a shiny black V6 Camaro with a chrome salad shooter. I kinda like it better than any c5 or c6 wheels on a pre-98 Camaro.

Yeah a few weeks ago at a car show I saw a set of chrome salad shooters on a z28. Looked awesome
