What is the difference in weight between OEM carpet and regular carpet? Does it hold up as well and how much does it cost?
I was considering replacing the original gray carpet in my car for black. I found out that YearOne.com sells it for about $250 or so. Money is getting tight so I might have to wait a bit..
BTW, clear corners always look clean on a NBM f-body. Excellent choice man!Comment

I did my carpet about 5 years back , I would say with the extra padding about 20-30LB difference. But it didn't matter for me anyways since I went ahead and put Dead mat in the whole interior. LOL But I went from the graphite to black and I like it alot better. They are blacked out and match the fronts, except they fogged up. Already did. Installed QA1's on friday night. Only dropped it about 1.5 inches, but netted me a 1.51 60'.
