  • xentec HID kit...?

Looking to buy an 894 hid kit for my camaros fog lights. Anyone heard of Xentec? I have oem stuff for my lows but have no clue about aftermarket stuff. There are xentec kits on ebay for like 34 bucks with 2 year warranty and that price is tempting but looking for someone to chime in.

I know people use them and love them. I personally had a problem with them. i went through 4 ballasts then gave up. It might have been the person I was buying from though. I just went through DDM tuning this time around and never looked back.

dont get it they suck! they are cheap for a reason...that brand was the first hid kit i ever bought back in '05 and within the first month they started to flicker and just black out..all i simply had to do was turn them off and on again and they were back..well after a month of that doing that everyday causes damage to the ballast and the month after that was it for it..got a replacement then the bulb went....turned white and very dim..soo i gave up on that brand for good...also some cousins of mine bought that brand and it lasted them 3 months...soo there ya go just looking out for ya..thats why there soo cheap

K I figured they were garbage. Just looking for something reliable thanks guys.
Edit... Seems ddm tuning doesn't carry 894 hid kits.

Do they have 881? Because I think 880s have straight connection, as 894s have a right angle connection. I pretty sure bulbs are the same, except 880s are lower wattage opn standards bulb usually.
