F/R settings are mostly subjective. Higher number in the rear will increase over-steer, lower numbers will increase under-steer. In contrast, higher numbers in the front will increase under-steer, and lower will increase over-steer. I'd suggest going out in the country and travelling at relative high speed (60 or so) and jerking the wheel a bit as if to avoid an object. Start small and get a feel for it. If it feels like the rear is struggling to keep up, you'll want to stiffen it up. If the rear feels too responsive, you might lower the setting in the rear and up the front.
Given the factory bias of these cars, I'd suspect you could find a more neutral handling configuration with a lower front setting and higher rear setting than what you have now, but again, it's all subjective, so pick your own settings. Like I mentioned before, I think mine are set on 5/7 f/r.
