I think I've seen a flat or satin finish on a black car on LS1tech, but I'm not for sure when or who.. In my opinion it would look pretty good in flat or satin. Have you considered using a different color like silver? That might also look good.
That is sharp!! Thank you very much for the picture. This WILL BE my next mod. I already have white inserts from bfranker ready to go.
I haven't thought of using another color. I read a thread on LS1tech regarding someone who wanted a white Berger panel on their black LT1. In all honestly I would agree with some of the comments that the members left.. "it would look like the car was wrecked and the panel was just thrown on there and never painted".
I have an extra berger panel already painted if you're interested. some people like to be able to switch or want to go back later down the road.

I have white vinyle "CAMARO" inserts from bfranker laying around. Whats your opinions about a black Camaro w/ a flat black berger panel and white inserts?

i don't like it. it looks unfinished on a shiny black car. as far as inserts, i'd go with stainless or chrome.
Yep. Sorry but on a black car, stainless or chome, or even satin black inserts? Do they have those?
I've also seen a black Z28 running around with red Z28 decals and red inserts in the back. Maybe you can do 3800 decals or camaro decals on the fenders?
Haven’t done anything on the Camaro, but put LEDs on my truck headlights . And my oil pressure sensor went out on the truck so going to fix that this...
