      It has nothing to do with telling people what it is. It is to make it looked like A finished project and tie it all together.

        True that. Our cars are one of few I can think of with almost no badges at all from the factory. There is the little camaro emblem on the bumper and a chevy bowtie up front on the older models, but I see adding the stainless or stainless etched inserts as more of a finishing touch that should have been from the factory to begin with.

          if your gunna leave it flat black use the ppg "soft touch clear" stuff is bad *** its dull clear but it still has uv protection and it feels like velvet

                  That berger panel actually looks pretty good...on a side note...where the hell can you get that 3800 badge? I actually wouldnt mind getting that same style in a reflective red
