I finished detailing my car today. I applied a coat of NuFinish polish and Meguiars paste wax. This was the final product..









Not too bad for 10 year old paint..

Clean paint man. You should paint the rims black. It'll give you a good start. Cheap too. Just a suggestion.

Damn, I love paint they used on our cars. My Red 00' Camaro has flawless paint as well, and it glows after a wash and wax with California gold Carnauba or meguiars tech 2.0 wax.

Looks great! Yes, GM used excellent paint on these cars. A bit of tint would go a long way on that car! ;)

If you smoke them, just use nightshades so you aren't on here looking at how to fix leaky clear corners, lol. I just say tint, lower it, rims and slp grill and it'll be done. Clean black car. Also, maybe whistler mod.

Ya I have heard that the aftermarket corners leak. How long will NightShades last on the stock corners? Someone posted pics of their red Camaro on here last week and the tail lights were sprayed with Nightshades and eventually faded..

Looks great , I still love The Black Box by turtle wax. LOL Maybe I'll try the Meguiers wax as it looks damm good on black paint. I would go with the black front rear markers and then the black tail lights , would look alot better , there on mine if you want to take a look.
