And not everybody likes the ugly t-knob either. I like the ball knobs myself.
It's not only manuals that came with ball knobs either. The hurst auto shifters have them too. It's not about looking like a manual, it's having the better looking knob. :twak: :p
the t handle is NOT there for looks,it is there for better/easier/faster shifts.
and i agree with everyone else, you dont need some special shift knob for an auto, because you only use it twice on a drive, while i probably shift 50+ times a drive
