The only thing this picture has over the previous pictures is a relatively solid color paint job. Other than that, I'd actually disagree.

      Re: Convertible Light Bar

I wonder how much labor a painter is going to charge you to strip off the layers of spray paint... Sorry but a light bar was an absolute waste of money in my opinion. If your goal is to make the car sweet, sell the hood and the spoiler and get a front lip and a decent paint job and it'll be better than it has the 3 years you've owned it. No light bar either... it would make your car look "chunkier" than it already is. Your ride has really harsh edges with that front end, the hood and the spoiler. Why add more? I agree with Troy here, sorry.

EDIT: Wait, you never answered my last question. Does the car still have the lizard in it?

I HIGHLY doubt that... I think I could drink a 30 pack and still paint a car with rattle cans better than that.

Seriously though.. Flat black wouldnt be horrible.. BUT

It's the baby blue that make us think..

maaco can do great work if you pay them. If you want a 200 dollar paint job, well its gonna suck. If you want a 5000 dollar paint job, they will give you a 5000 dollar paint job, end of story.

                      Re: Convertible Light Bar

Maaco painted my cars. I cant complain since Ive only paid a max of 500$ish, for any 1 car. It's a good deal for a cheapish car like ours.

but really, I agree with strtracer98.. You can paint it somehow and make it look better than that.

...for 600 bucks!? Sorry I'm having sticker shock. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it / have done it. You like it / can afford it, go for it.

Has anyone put in a real roll bar in their convertible? I would have thought that would be possible for that much money, but maybe not as sexy. I like the windscreen though.

I put in Oval blue head lights instead of the rectangle ones. Looks pretty sick in my opinion.
