Your interested in the package as well? Didn't want any specific rubber? I like that they are staggered at least. 17x11 and a nice dish!
Wait, Is that a V6 or V8? 1990 Chevrolet C-K 1500 series 4.3L .. 5spd
1994 JDM Euno Roadster 1.8L 5spd Bolt Ons.. etc 2000 Camaro 3.8L Auto Bolt Ons..etc
Much love for ZR1's , they make a deep dish style that is outstanding , but I would say go for it. LOL

At least for me, black rims have to be done ~just~ right for them to look good. They might look good on a red car. If it were me, I'd get a cheaper non-staggered set so you can actually rotate the tires properly, and have some $ left over.
Never been a fan of black rims either. They do look nice, tho. But damn, $935 for rims AND tires (+ probably $125-150 shipping.) is a pretty fair price. I've never heard of Sumitomo tires berfore, but I don't get out much.
I have a set of Sumutto tires 315/40/17 I would sell for $100 plus shipping, since I went with 335/35/17 tires, the 315's have less then 50 miles on them. There just taking up space.

A set of two, or four? Either way, that's a good price.

I've never really been a huge fan of either style posted, but they'd both look nice on your car. Black and red looks nice and will totally change the look of your car.
im not big on the tires, but they'll do for the time being until i go with something better, i just need something functional and for the price im not complaining especially if they last me a while. c5 z06's are out of the question for me, to many guys around here have them so thats not happening lol. c6 zo6s are another option im looking at as well as c6 zr1s. i like the staggered wheels look so im not worried about not being able to rotate the tires, besides, most rear tires on my car arent worth rotating anyways lol.
the reason im going with the black is because it'll go with the black accents and im going to buy and black ceta mod plus the interior is red leather on black so it ought to come together nice. plus im not big on having to polish the **** out of chrome wheels.
im still looking around right now, so hell who knows i might find something else lol. but right now i like the ones i posted the most.
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
