  • I kinda like these... You??

Well I desperately need new tires, and vanbibber's post a few days back got me thinking..... Why spend $700 on tires when I can spend almost twice as much and get wheels, too?? :poke:

My wife likes these and I do too. What do you guys think?

That's what I've got on my car (except mine are 17/18). I honestly like the C5 thin spokes better, but these were cheap and still pretty good looking.

See, I think those look great. Would like to see a pic where the sun is shining on them and not in the shadow, tho.
Awesome looking car.. Love the SS spoiler. Are those tires 275/40-17(/18)?

firebirddrvr - Did you photchop those, or are they real pix? Doesn't look like the car or shadows moved at all.

But I agree, I like the thin spoke rims much better.

the one with zo6's is chopped but the one with tt2s is an actual pic of my car. the only differences with chop are zo6's and lowered

Here are a couple pictures in the sun.

                  I've always liked the C6 Z06s a lot more than the C5 Z06s but that's just me.

                  And yeah, they're 275/40/17 and 275/35/18 tires.

No problem. I think the 17s all around will look better, too. I personally find the rears to be just a tad too big, plus the tires were quite a bit more, and you'll be able to rotate them. But like I said, I got a sweet deal on the wheels, so I didn't fully get my first choice.
