The more I look at pics of hoods I dont really like the stinger hood. Id like VFN SS hood if it was 2'' instead of 3'' '98-2002 3inch SS Pin On Hood. Price=495.00 Weight=14 Ship: Truck Freight. '98-2002 3inch SS Bolt On Hood. Price=595.00 Weight=25 Ship: Truck Freight.
I know of a buddys camaro that has the Sunoco hood. It looks nice, but it doesnt follow the body lines good at all. Its high in the front and back and low in the middle. It doesnt have enough curvature to it. He is going to pie cut the bottom and pull it together and then re fiberglass it.
And BTW, Those 3" hoods look gaudy.
The sunoco hood is the nicest, but its kinda a crapshoot if it fits or not.
The 2" hood looks good, I have a SS hood I picked up for $200 other then that one the 2" hood I would of went with.
