  • Her new look!

I drove Her off the showroom floor in Sept. of 1997 with 17 miles on Her speedo.
She turns faces on a daily basis and now with Her new look and shades.. She's gotten more nods and thumbs up of approval as I drive the streets.
She had never had Her windows tinted, so after 14.5 years Her wish became a reality..

Amanda's looking pretty, with no place to go!

Tinted by Eddie, at Darkside Tint & Things on Shaver. Eddie did an excellent job on my 97 Convertible.. 85 bucks for the 3 windows.. My car looks a lot sexier now!

    Thanks Eddie!

She also looking for new paint job... I decided to stick to original color as per door, although I wouldn't mind doing a darker red twin racing stripes!

As soon as I find a shop to paint Her, I will make a final decision, depending on the costs involved.

I really love this scheme though!

.. but this one also attracts much wanted attention!

I would leave chrome rims on it.

Just leave it the way it is. No need to add to what's already perfect. Besides, that's a true W68.

If anything, black stripes from the vents in the hood that fade to red at the windshield, but that's it. The car looks great the way it is

              Might I make 2 suggestions?

1)Paint it a solid color and use vinyl stickers for the accents that way you can change it easily if you tire of it.

2)If yout going to paint it change your beak to a 93-97 TA beak it will look killer with the GT body kit.

Can not put the W68/GT gfx on a 93-97 TA front bumper. The W68 kit was only from the factory on the Firebird (V6) model, and the GMPP GT kit was only available for the Firebird and Formula models - not the TA.

The front facia extends further down on the 93-97 TA and sort of has a outward flare to it so you wouldn't need the canards.

I was tempted to do the GT side skirts on my 94TA as they are much nicer than the ones from the factory on the TA's.

I think it would look ok.
