Looks like it's a solid color version of the SLP stripe. I'm going to guess that SLP created a fancy version with the fade to gray.

BTW, CFreed11, I have two silver SLP complete sets. :D

I forget where I read it, but I believe the black SLP GT's had the silver stripe with black gradient, while any other color was a solid stripe.. don't quote me on that though.. And I've thought about purchasing a second set of stripes just in case.. Young's F-Body is the only place I've seen them available at. They had them on sale for a while at $100, last time I checked though they were back up to $150

I would do a front plate bird and Firebird insignia. Other that I wouldn't do too much to it. It looks great just the way it is.

I vote no stripe. Although a raptor hood would be a nice change. ;)

Dont use my SLP GT stripes, I want the only one with them! lol. Seriously tho, they are about the only stripe IMO that look good on a flat hood..

lol there might be 3 of us before long. we can call it team skunk LOL

but i agree, both sets of GT stripes seem like they will look good. there is no way i would put regular racing stripes on a sleek beak.

if i put anything on her it will probably be one of those 2 sets. honestly, probably the SLP GT set since I can see pics of exactly what it looks like, and on a black car....and its half the price

I bought my two sets @ $100 ea. They then jacked the price to $150 ea.

Well atleast I know mine is a real SLP GT.. door tag and all.. lol. And yea, I'd call or email and offer $100 also, just say that you saw it at that price a while back. I've always kind of liked the CETA side graphics...tho I'm not sure how they would look on a black car.

i just did a gimp edit of exactly what i want. its taken from another car that had the bird on it that i changed the colors and added a few thing.

I'm thinking red hood bird, red sail panel bird, red "firebird" script on the door, and red "PONTIAC" on the headlight. Im really liking it....
