I'm guessing the fitment was so bad that they told you to cut it up so it was unusable and to send them proof before they refunded the money, just to avoid shipping? lol

and whats funny is people do cut there hoods in half or zig zags these and its a style!...so it looks like its been perfectly cut....might as well try to sell it or something

I don't have any experience with it. but i imagine that only works with steel hoods.
