Getting new front bumper and ground effect

So I decided on getting a new front bumper from ebay for $200 shipped and new front ground effect from RK sport CA-300 for $275 shipped. My old one is pretty rough shape and since I'm getting it painted next year might as well do it right. My old one has the RS ground effects molded on to the bumper and after a few minor collisions has been braking off in a few areas.

So I ordered the front bumper from Amazon $129 shipped, plus I had a $50 gift card so it was $86 total. Will get the RK ground effect probably January.

Its just a stock bumper for the front and the ground effect is on Rksports site CA-300, i use to have a rk sport front but it cracked so just got the RS front and had it molded on, but now thats cracked pretty good. The sides and rear are from RK sport. I also run the extended air dam from them for more airflow. Ill post some pics when i get them.

You Camaro has that nice stock RS Ground effect to it. Will you be getting rid of that.

Yeah,.they don't make them anymore, the RKsport CA-300 is nice though, wish i wouldn't of molded it on now, since I can't find any.

Got the front bumper, getting the ground effect tomorrow, im going to install the ground effect on the bumper off the car since it should be easier then just install it altogether on the car. Mounting my big intercooler while I have it off, and measuring and cutting intercooler pipping so won't have to after its painted. Ill post pics hopefully this weekend depending on weather conditions.

Got the ground effect, mocked it up will put the locking tabs and screws in this weekend. Heres a pic

Got it together had only one problem , drilled through the bumper in one spot. They should be able to patch it once I get it painted.

It look great! Can't wait to see it painted. It has a clean factory look to it.
My front bumper has the left front skirt showing an opening towards the center. I might consider the bumper you chose.

Well the weather cleared up so going to install it tomorrow, will post pics.

Postponed. Had to take my mom to E.R., ( kidney stone)will continue tomorrow, basically got the old bumper off, and tried mocking up the intercooler in its old spot. Alot of comb webs from sitting so long.

Thanks, Yeah, after waiting 5 hours, got her in, morphine and some anti-vommiting drugs did the trick. Did a CT and confirmed it was a kidney stone, got home around midnight shes doing great. My back is tweaked so ill start again tomorrow. Ill post some pics later on with the bumper off, one thing I noticed is theres no support where the headlights are on the new bumper so will have to make my own. Stock one has them riveted in so no taking them out. Also had a tough time installing the blinkers in the new bumper, didn't want to line up right but got them in
