I have finally got around to start playing with my Camaro a bit the other day. I have had clear coat issues on my two back fenders that have been driving me nuts for the last year.
I was at the point where I may need to paint it to repair it, so I tried a last ditch resort of wet sanding it.
One small area seemed to have no clear coat as it bled off orange as I lightly sanded there. I can see it was the area I had repaired when I first bought it. Plan to touch up a few more spots before I hit it with some rubbing and polishing compound.

I just used 2000grit wet sand paper. I need to now use a running compound to remove the scratches and get the shine coming back. Then step down to a polishing compound, until I work my way up to waxing it
