has anyone tried the meguirs 3 part system of wax? it has like paint cleaner, then wax then sealer or something like that.

Yea it's good stuff. Meguirs is all I use when I detail my car and cars for others.

I use the quick clay, paint cleaner, polish, and wax once a year. Every other time I use their cleaner wax. It is the best consumer grade stuff according to some friends at a body shop.

I actually have that same system.. usually do the first two steps but use NXT wax for the wax layer. Works beautifully..

i have nxt products and i love them smells like skittles too!!! i waxed my car yesterday and damn the love bugs are KILLING my front bumper!!!! probably repaint next summer if i can afford it!

I do the same thing, but for the wax I use "hi tech yellow wax" in the tan bottle. That stuff is about the best when it comes to a protective layer.
