Scratched window

My original drivers side window had like 3 lines in it that you could see after the window was tinted. After I lost that door to a Blazer I got a used door and that window was even worse. If I get a new window and have the shop put it in is there something in the door that should be adjusted that is scratching the window? Since this is the 2nd window I've seen like this on 2 different doors I would think it could be a common issue?

Yeah, its common issue. I got some scratches on mine too. I'm guessing small rocks get stuck between the window and weather stripping and scratches the window when you roll down the windows.

or it could be from the window guides with the black fuzz on them. my window was scratched when I got the car from one of them being broken and the previous owner not wanting to fix it
