• Put in new Bulbs

One of my low beams went out so I decided to go ahead and try to put in some Xenon or Hyperwhite looking bulbs. I had been casualy following the some peoples posts about doing it and thought it was going to be a big pain in the a$$, but it was very easy. Haven't got to see them at night yet I hope they look good.
Got the bulbs at Advance Auto Parts, they are Sylvania Cool Blue Xenon filled bulbs. 9005 CB for the high beams and 9006 CB for the low beams.

Just took the old big square bulbs out yanked the old bulbs out of the square glass reflector thing I guess you would call it. Then I used silicone and epoxy to put the new bulbs in. I guess only time will tell if they will stay working. I'll try to get some pics up.

Question: Why did you use silicon and epoxy? I wanted to change my bulbs to something brighter so I'm thinking I should pay attention

To hold the new bulbs on to the old reflector thing and to keep moisture out of the previously SEALED light, and I didn't have any Elmers Glue around I'm damn funny.

You can pretty much use your imagination when you are doing it, as long as it is sticky and will keep moisture out. I just made it up as I went.

i already searched this and i came up with like 2 different numbers for both high and low witch equals 4 numbers and i only need the 2 RIGHT ONES.

The numbers to the bulbs I used are up in my original post. These bulbs wernt meant for our head lights you have to make them work, they don't just pop in and your done, you have to pretty much glue them on to the old reflctor.
