I highly doubt you could do anything with them, you could chrome them and they'd still look like crap imho. Sell em or use them for auto-x/drag racing. Btw, camaro wheels are salad shooters ;)97 White Pontiac Firebird 3.8 A4
Mods- 2.75\" exhaust, Dynomax muffler, magnaflow cat, SLP CAI, Hypertech 160* thermo, Fan switch
Suspension-Kumho Ecsta 712\'s, 32mm/19mm sway bars

Our Lady of Blessed Acceleration, don\'t fail us now.
-Elwood Blues

Wow, thanks for the input. I have "real" rims, I'd just like to think that the old stock ones I have in my garage have some use...3.4L Red Firebird

uhhhh why would you want to switch to salad shooters? Do you not have those chrome 5 spokes?
Wouldn't stock 94 firebird wheels be called salad shooters too? Maybe they look more like cheese graters?1998 Red RS 3.8l A4
Whisper - K&N - N20 - Magnaflow muffler&Tips - 1LE Panhard - Ghetto STB - 255/50ZR16 Ecsta
Stull Billet Grille - Limo tint - blackouts - Black or Red \"camaro\" piece - A-pillar cf a/f ratio - Greddy fuel press
Panasonic DF88 - 1 12\" Eclipse 88120.4 - Eclipse 3322 amp
http://members.cardomain.com/raven_rs

I'm doing the same thing as you. My salads will be put to use this winter, so I can save my chrome 17's for nicer weather.
Do like loochy said, and paint the salads black with a polished lip Maybe even a polished center cap too ;)
Even though the salad shooters aren't the best looking rims out there, they still look better than the stock 93 firebird rims...yuk!

what is winter ;)
... but serious, painting them a gunmetal color might make for a unique look.

I always thought "flower power" when I saw those wheels. I checked with a local powder coating co. They said $80 each to sand blast & paint. Lots of angles to blast is why it would take so long to blast them. If its just for winter I would clean the hell out of them & spray them with a quality rattle can.(Is there a quality rattle can?)
