stock ground effects question?

I have a 97 camaro RS, but it doesn't have a body kit on it.. I was under the impression that the RS version of the car was a base camaro with a body kit. If this is true, I'm guessing the person that perviously owned this camaro took the kit off.

Anyway, where can I purchase the stock ground effects for a 97 camaro?

reguardless of whether its a RS or not you can get the stock gfx package through the dealer or through gmpartsdirect.com I dont know the part number for the 97s but I'm sure if you do a little searching you can find it on that website.

The VIN says it's an RS, so that's what I'm assuming, is there any other way to tell? It doesn't have any emblems or decals on it.

I looked on wingswest, and I think I found the kit, but I couldn't find a price on it.

if you carfax your vin it lists v6 coupes and RS coupes as the same: it will say something like camaro/RS meaning camaro or camaro RS. im guessing thats what you did.

if u dont have none of the above i doubt u have an rs, they might have possible took the gfx off but i doubt they would take the 3 piece spoiler off, and the badges!!
