• Calling White Camaros.....

The other day i saw a 93-97 white camaro, it was basicly stock except the rear panel where it says camaro under the tail lights was black.

I taught that looks nice, any one on here done it?

I was thinking maybe doing that or having mines painted black with white or chrome inlays.

Probrably chrome though because im going to get a summit chrome muffler that will be able to see from the back.

This is what I did. Not an SS, of course

Oops, you mean the PANEL was painted black?

My car isn't white, but I've had the rear finish panel painted black for a few years now, and lots of compliments -especially with the matching stripes (click on my website below).

I think it would look good on a white camaro, and I think white inlays would look good

I went with chrome inlays because I have chrome emblems and rims to match.

speaking of those stripes, my friend bought a 95 z that somebody had put those stripes on and he doesnt want them on anymore... How exactly do you get the stripes off without messing the paint up??

Peel'em slowly. I removed one stripe from my rear panel because it had too many air bubbles in it. I peeled it off without any problems. It doesn't come off with ease, but it will peel off.

I got mine done too, Hockeyman's was one that made me want to get it

                  www.fpartssalvage.com

Got mine from them, the more common colors will probably cost a little more but a second one is a better idea imo because you can just swap colors. I need to get red inlays on mine because it looks odd black with the exhaust now. Check mine out

If you really want to know what it'll look like cover your piece with black vinyl.
