Anyone have one of these? How hard is it to take off the existing knob and put the chrome one on? I just got mine in yesterday.

I don't have one, but I know that it's easy to take the old one out. Just remove the staple-like clip in the front of the shifter, right under the "T". Post some pics of that shifter when it's installed! I've had my eye on that for a while, it would be nice to see it installed. They're easy to put on, but I bought the red/carbon fiber one, and had all kinds of problems with it. It would never stay on right no matter how tight it was screwed on. Had to eventually remove it. Let me know how the chrome one works out though!1997 30th Anniversary A4 w/ some modsComment
