  • Exhaust Tip Poll #2

Here are some tips I've been looking at putting on my 02 Camaro when I have my exhaust done... let me know what your vote is or if you have something better in mind. I don't want to spend $300 on corsa tips, but just a nice pair for $50-100 would be okay.

    Option9:
Normal Black Z28 hidden Tips (or) No tips at all, tuck the exhaust and make it hidden.

Give me some feedback, I'm curious what you all think and if you have any alternate suggestions.

I think option 1 is the best bet so far. If they aren't too long I don't think they'd look right from the side. I just bought a pair of Magnaflow 15degree cut rolled 3.5inch 18inch long tips. My friend john has them on his car and they are by far the best looking tips i've seen on an fbody (besides b&b of course). I got mine from http://www.exhaustproslinc.com i think they were around $30 apeice and are stainless steel. I have a pic of them on my friends car but it doesn't do it justice until you see it in real life and drive behind it, I loved them so much I had to get a pair.

These would look the best, IMO, or why not go with the chrome? I saw a pair on a guys car- it looked CLEAN.

i personally like dual tips best. i'd go w/ #7 depending on how big the tips are. as long as they are at least dual 3'' outlets i'd go for those. my next choice would have to be option #4, its kinda like the mecham tips which look pretty good too. i'm not really into the others that much.

this place has some nice magnaflow tips. i like part # 35169. its a dual oval rolled edge angle cut tip. size 3''x3.75'', length 9'', inlet 2.25''.

I think option 1 and option 7 look the best. One has the cool angled slash style too it, while 7 is the dual dual tips. Those are the ones I'd favor out of the two though.

The tips look good and all but i've seen numerous Fbodies around here, especially camaros, where the tailpipes are really homely looking underneath the car and the tips are just there. Most of the short tips like that look good if you have GFX or if you have a TransAm.
