• Painting "Rare" seats/are they rare

Hello all. I have a 96 teal RS and i was considering painting my seats. I know im going to paint my interior sometime (when it cools down ) and i wanted to do my seats to match. The only problem, is that i think i remember something about my kind being "rare." its hard to explain but it in the middle of the seats, like the inserts, theres something that looks like a sqiggly line pattern. Its on all the seats, and they are in very good condition. From what i remember when i had my 3rd gen and i wanted 4th gen seats, patterened ones were rare, but im not sure. My question: #1 Are they even rare? #2 Would you paint stock patterened seats/would it be worth it? Thanks
