  • Where to get spraypaint to match your car?

I'm thinking of getting rid of the blue pieces on my car and repainting them pewter to match my car. Where can I get some cans of spray paint that exactly match my car though?

Also... my front bumper has a buncha paint chipped off it from one large rock, and one bucket hitting me on the freeway. Now, before you flame this idea, just listen. Would it work to use the spray paint on the bumper since it's plastic and just paint over the area that's chipping away with the paint, then clear coat it... I'm sure it'll still be noticeable a bit, but at least putting the clear coat over it would help stop the chipping. Of course I plan on getting it repainted eventually, but I have little money now as I'm out of a job... and this would just be a temporary solution. Would that work?

I used Duplicolor's Truck/Van/Suv spray paint in "Pewter" and it's an almost exact match of my car. Take a look at these pics:

    Door trim

As for the outside chips I would only use GM's paint and its not an exact match...at least not the little tube of it I bought from the Pontiac dealer. Its actually darker and a bit more brown :(
