The guy at the Body Shop told me to wait 30 days before I apply a coat of wax, but where I live here in Hawaii. It rains about 3 days a week. I don't want the paint to start collecting water spots, so would it be ok for me to wax it after 4 days?

I would call the body shop guy back and ask him what he thinks about the situation. He would probably know best. I've heard you can apply polishes like Zaino and stuff right after a car's been painted, but carnubas I've heard you can't. I would just talk with the body guy that painted the car, and if he tells you that you can't wax it, ask him what you can do to prevent anything bad happening. Maybe investing some money in a cover would help during the next few weeks.AIM: Alientr8tr
1998 Camaro 3.8L
Flowmaster 80-series, !FRA, Eibach Springs, KYB AGX, SLP sway bars, 3.42/LSD, Wings West kit, Z06 Motorsports, Silverstone Metallic paint
Shift 5 - My Band
