Nothing will fit there, I've looked... unless you want a chevy emblem :D

To remove it just remove your wheel and pop it out from the inside - its simply clipped in.

Yup, just pop it out.
Sometimes the blunt handle end of a screw driver works well.
I've had blank caps and chevy symbol caps
