How do go about Powdercoating rims?

I saw a white 3rd gen. Camaro today with white rims and it looks really cool. We both went to the FWY and those look nice when it is spinning fast. I wanna powdercoat mine. But I've never done this. So what are the steps, products, and tools I need in order to do this?

Not a do it at home project, powdercoating involves bonding the material to the part and then baking at a very high temp
