• Car wash blew off the front emblem

At least that what I think happened. Took it to the "touchless", and noticed the next day the front chevy emblem was gone, and just some chunks of yellow glue remained.

Any experience with alternate ways to attach, or how to get the old chunks of glue off so I can put a uniform layer on there for the next one?

Or ideas on other things to replace it with? How 'bout some big ole white cow horns...

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing, cause mine is bent back slightly almost like some punk kid tried to peel it off but didn't succeed. Lil things like that bother me, so I was wondering the same thing.

Well since you have to replace it if your looking for something different they have a carbon fiber and orange nose emblem available for camaros at Rksport. I Think you attach it useing like some kind of 3M adhesive, maybe tape, whatever it is it comes with the emblem.

Thanks for the info. I checked and found these. The picture was really small though, so I'm not sure, but I think I want the Carbon Fiber one.

Try alcohol and WD-40 for removing the old stuff. For replacing the emblem try 3M 2-sided tape. I just used some of that stuff and it works great.

ok well I have the Carbon Fiber Emblem from RkSport, and it really looks good on my red 00' camaro, it comes with sticky tape already attached to it, and as for taking the old stuff off, I used a regular screwdriver :D you dont see the paint underneath it so who cares....it looks great....

Thanks for all the ideas everyone!

I haven't decided which emblem to put back on there, but at least I know where to find one, and how to prep the spot where it goes.

I still like the carbon fiber one the best so far...
