those are the wings i wanna to get... very sweet and not RICE at all... it actually works. not like thopse huge ugly ones don't work just for the look.
i will think that's a very sweet idea to put them on the bird... but one more thing, if your car is not fast enough [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img] forget about the wings... just my personal opinion... but if you do get one, post some pics... i wanna one too.
If they made one to bolt on in the same spot as the spoilers we already have on our cars it would be nice, but to drill new holes and have to refinish where the old one came off, no thanks. If they did make an adjustable one that bolted in the same spot I'd get one, set it for max downforce and crank through some turns! [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]
i live a block away from speedpeople in boardman and let me tell you what NOTHING THERE IS FOR OUR CARS and NOTHING THERE SHOULD BE PUT ON OUR CARS!!! thats pure rice, and no the efficiency and purpose in those wings isnt the best. there are alot better wings for camaro/firebirds than that. dont do it man. I have thought about this and if you have the decklid for the high rise spoiler then you could fill in the holes where the original spoiler would bolt on and mount this one. Ithink it would be a great custom look. The only way I would do it if someone already did it and it looked good. Im too much of a pansy to try it.

All right people, I had enough of this.
You can do whatever you like to your car... respect other people's personal opinions as well, you CAN NOT categorize everything that you don't like as "RICE". GROW UP please!!! I have seen that wing on some birds... looks pretty nice; trying to post a link here but just couldn't find one. If the spoiler/wing works physically to help managing the air down pressure, it is NOT RICE!!! RICE=LOOK not PERFORMANCE.
I personally think that the stock Firebird spoiler is not good-looking, and not too many wings are designed for the firebird either... so those universal racing wings will be a pretty good shot.
Again, just my personal opinion and if you have nothing to say besides RICE or personal attack, go somewhere else.
