I want to dress up my engine, I was wondering where I might be able to get a set of chrome or painted pully's. Maybe an alternator to match as well. And valve covers. What options do i have?

Thats a hard one. You may end up having to get them chromed. i think i saw one guy who polised his valve covers down to the metal and got them nice and shiney. The alt may have to be replaced with a different one. As far as the pulleys go, I know you can buy billet plates that attach on the front of the pulley. Im not sure if anyone makes them for the 3.8, but I know there are LT1 covers. Try Mallory Billet ( http://www.mbaproducts.com ).
