I did the same thing to mine a while ago in blue

        http://www.nobispro.com/carpics/pics/underhood1.jpg

I got the kit from JCWhitney.com for about $15

Its definitely an attention getter when the hood's up.
LoL, not quite the horsepower boost i was expecting though :D

          Hehe.

I ordered mine from Summit. Taylor makes a convoluted wire kit that has about 10' of many different tube sizes.
I think it makes the car look good.

          Thanks for the thumbs up!

It took about 20 mins total. Hardest part was cutting all the electrical tape that was around the orgininal wires.

I might mix it up and go with Red Looms as well but for the moment this looks sweet.

This all looks good to me... I really like that yellow Brian.

1 question... do you have to take the hoses/ wires off to put these on? or am i thinking of the braided lines?

The bowtie I just painted with some think model paint. It takes a few coats because of how the cloth soaks the paint in. I was worried about it standing up to the heat of the engine bay, but I did it last summer and it still looks good.

As far as the tubing goes, it comes split on one side. All you have to do is pull off the black tubing and slide ont he new one. Its very simple, yet VERY time consuming.

Umm, the pics aren't showing up for me and I tried cutting and pasting, but your homestead can't find the page.

Anyhoo, I was thinking of doing mine in RED cuz I have reflective red CAMARO on the back, though I think the yellow looks so good. WhizKid (Eric) has his Pewter Camaro in yellow tubing too.

The pewter looks good with almost any color. I have seen red and it looked pretty good. I thought blue would even look nice against the pewter. I saw the yellow at some website and fell in love with it. Pewter is very versitle as far as color schemes go.
