The lights shine just fine through the blackouts...I've had cops behind me and they don't notice....knock on wood. I actually got mine through a vendor in New Jersey, I am looking for the number/address but I can't seem to find it. Anyways, the company that makes them is Autoventshades or AVS. They have a website AUTOVENTSHADE
I think that the site should be able to direct you to vendors in your area...or maybe they sell em direct. But anyways, I have been real happy with mine. It took me long enough to find those things.

Nice stripes! I wanna get blue on mine...BTW I got my blackouts at www.autobarn.com. They were 39.95 + like 6.75 for shipping. Yeah I got the info, Thanks a lot.
Someone told me that the lights didn't come shine though so I was just waiting for someone to tell me different. I am going to go and order some soon, like next week or maybe later this week .

Just a word of advice...when you put the blackouts on make sure that you remove the decal on them.
