Yep, I've seen it in GM High Tech Performance. It was a while ago. I THINK it's one of Morgan's cars. He's got a shop out here in California where they build engines and do installs (I believe mainly for F-Bodies).

I'm pretty sure that is the "Bird of Prey" kit, which sadly was not put in production for some unknown reason. And the Trans Am, I believe, is REALLY fast, like in the 11's or somethin.

 I like the first one alot, I think. It reminds me of the 92 firehawk. The second one I've seen before and like. And they should have produced that body kit. Those aren't stock mirrors on the first one are they? I think they should have squared up the rear bumper though to match the sides
I found the issue of GM Hight Tech Performance magazine with it (the first two photos) on the cover. Here's the link: http://www.gmhightechperformance.com.../toc0701.shtml
I know we have this issue here in the house somewhere, just can't find it. Anyway, I'm pretty sure the car was created by MMS, (I think that stands for Morgan Motorsports. Unfortunately they haven't updated their site in a year, so it's worthless to go look it up there.

the first two pics are from MMS(as already stated) the body kit only came with the MMS 421 engine package, but it never made it into production... the rear wing is a direct replacement for the rear uplevel spoiler and almost made it into production but the initial list of buyers was to short and got cut off... sadly enough i like it... the second is the gm concept bird of prey, they made 2 versions... the coupe and the speedster(convertable), again never made it into production... there are a couple other gm concepts involving the firebirds but the only one i can think of right off hand is the hurst hauler check it out here(http://www.sala.lt/auto-koncepcinis.php?ID=579), and the projekt tranzam(http://www.sala.lt/auto-koncepcinis.php?ID=581), i know it doesnt look like anything special but if i remember right the tranzam has a custom turbo or supercharger or somthingi dont remember, hope that helps...
imo
the MMS 421
the bird of prey
the hurst hauler
the projekt tranzam i dunnowhatever,
i really like the bird on the side of the bird of prey i wonder if rob folsom could do a graphic similar to it??? if ya'll have any other ?'s just lemme know i'll see what i can do to answer them...

Are those Racing Hart wheels on that top car??? I want those wheels for my Camaro!!! I have looked for those wheels, but nothing they make fits our cars, right? Do they even make those in the right bolt pattern/size, or do you think they were installed with adapters for photo purposes only???

I'm one of the unfortunate ones who was disappointed by the fail of the production of that MMS 421SD spoiler. It looks freaking sweet and i would put the rest of the kit(side skirts and rear bumper) from the bird of prey on my car if they made that crap. Damn, why did gm have to kill the fbody???
yea, the first one is "BIrd of prey". I remember seeing that about a year ago. I like the looks of the second one better than the first one. If you take the wheels on the Bird of prey and chrome them, and then put it on the second Bird. Then that's a nice car!!!!!
Hey everyone! I've been trying to remove my transmission for two days now! I need to replace the clutch. Only thing I've got left holding the transmission...
Hello, so I changed the front bearings on the bird and the ABS inoperative light came on. I made a mistake of not removing negative battery cable. Now...
I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
