headlight conversion kit....again

i have a quick question anyone else have a headlight conversion kit? Because i had a few guys at work telling me ill get a ticket for having them but im not sure.

The 93-97....to....98-02???

If so, once you do the conversion, get an HID kit. Those things shine like you wouldn't believe, I haven't seen another Camaro in my area with HID's.

Is an "HID" kit the same as the above? Has anyone installed this, and if so what type of bulbs (ie. xenon, blue, etc)? Is it worth it? Any input appreciated. Thanks.
