  • Hood mounting.

    Hello everyone.

I just purchased a cowl hood for a 98+ camaro.
I mounted easy, and aligned it jusy fine, the only problem I ran into is this. The back 2 corners are sticking up a little bit. The front was doing it to, but I lowered the rubber stoppers and that fixed that. I don't see rubber stoppers in the back area though. Does any one have any idea How I might be able to lower it?

    Thanks in advance.

Shave the holes in the hinges.

My hinges have some room for adjustment, take a look at where the hinge mounts to the car and where the hinge mounts to the hood. Between the two you should be able to get it to fit just fine. btw if you are near Orlando i might be able to meet up and help you out with it.
