they are dremeled out letters, with plexiglass and leds behind it...it is actually lit up...I could do the mod for someone if they''d like....we can discuss a price. Now are those on all the time? Or are they wired to come on with the lights?

You could wire it to come on with the lights or just when you hit the brakes. People have been doing the same thing with plexiglass and leds to the fire chicken on the back of birds. If you search around there is a website with a write up on it. It wouldn't be hard to change that over to the camaro letters.
