Ouch... I just did that with the new wheels on my Cavalier, cept they are polished aluminum and I wet sanded the rash out. Chrome... dunno... might have to send it out to get fixed or just buy another one eventually.
i just bought a pair of rims and they had it bad... but i spent awhile and as he said wet sand them and paint em again it'll work
