Crappy customer service experience

I've been very patient but i have to vent some frustration here.
I ordered a Wings West body kit from Andy's Auto Sport in early august. it was on sale and i was excited to get my kit before i put the bird away for the winter. so i waited "2-4 weeks."
early september came. they said the kit would be here september 1, but it wasn't. so i call andy's auto sport and hear that it shipped and should be here any time. so i waited 2 more weeks. still no body kit.
late september: i calll andy's auto sport. "sir, the kit has shipped, it says here it will arrive september 30." ok, i'm frustrated at this point, but i can wait one more week to get my kit.
today, october 4. still no kit. i call andy's auto sport again and i hear: "well the kit hasn't shipped yet. it should ship in 2-3 weeks."
is it me, or is 3 months a bit long to wait for something to be shipped? i don't know what to do at this point other than wait for my kit to come; andy's auto sport has my money so there isn't much i can do.
the moral of the story? don't ever buy anything from andy's auto sport.

I would atleast report them to the BBB. I don't have a problem waiting for something if I am told up front that's how long it will take. The fact that they told you it shiped when clearly it did not would piss me off like crazy.

I've told people on here before NOT to deal with Andy's Auto Sport. I made a return (on pedals that didn't fit my car, that they claimed would) and they didn't credit my card. They claimed they never received the product... I got screwed by those idiots.
